I need my refund TODAY

This institution has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I paid up the loan I had with them and they confirm that I owe them nothing but they still debit my account. Every time I call for a refund I get an apology and no explanation why this is happening. This month I contacted them, spoke to Mongezi who was amused by my situation, singing while I was sending him my email. When he received my email he read it and was amused by how upset my email sounded, showing no empathy what so ever. This was Wednesday, 24/08/2022 I was told the turnaround time is 24-48hrs. I received an email saying my query had been resolved on the 25/08/2022. Today, counts as the 2nd day since I received an email confirming my query is resolved but the money is still not in my account. I called just now and spoke to Derick who also could not provide me with a reason why the money is not in my account. He is apparently waiting for an email from the department that he could not mention either that will confirm when my refund will be processed. I am not willing to wait any longer I expect the funds to be refunded to me TODAY.
