I must be honest the people I was working with were wonderful and I submitted all my settlement letters and they confirmed that everything was submitted to head office for payment , but head office chose not to settle everything, as a result my problem is worse that it was because I have to pay them that big amount monthly and still also pay other debts , I tried to talk to the head office but the treatment from there was not well , they shift the blame to me though they received everything, so what was supposed to be help became more burdensome,I’m frustrated
