have had a bad experience with the above mentioned financial services provider, was in a debt counselling and they were one of my creditors, paid them accordingly and even overpaid, they promised me a refund of R900 on the 14/05/2021, haven't received the money to date, submitted every relevant paperwork, was told it will take 48hrs that was on the 18/06/2021 and still waiting, when you phone their agents put you through to an debt review division whereby no one answers on daily basis, it just goes and wants one to leave a message, sent 2 email correspondences and haven't received any written back, to hell with them and just refund what's due to me
