Harrasment from Bayport Call centre

I constantly receive a call every Morning from Bayport but i am not a Client with them the Numbers ********** 896 and ********** 788 I have asked to be removed from the call list but no1 is taking me seriously i even sent a complaint to Head office can someone sort this out!!!
