HARRASMENT BY BAYPORT AGENTS

I do not have an account with Bayport ,however a family member app**** for a Loan and used me as a reference to contact should she not be available,Bayport agents are calling me every day at any hour of the day.The number they have for her is exactly the same number I have for her ,she does not live with me and I don't see her that often.I informed one of the agents that this amounts to harassment and he informed me that it is my family member who is harassing me and not them. Due to the fact that I am not a customer of Bayport this cannot be legal. I have now stopped answering my phone as I cannot take it any more and is considering to seek legal advise due to this on going harassment.
