Harassment and poor client service

<p>I have complained countless times to the company.</p> <p>Their staff keeps HARASSING me, by phoning me A LOT looking for a Ronnie Mahlangu, and if it is not him, then there is another guy they are looking for.</p> <p>I am not Ronnie Mahlangu, Nor have I ever been.</p> <p>I have asked the call centre agents, the managers of those agents, as well as lodged a complaint on their site about this issue, asking them to remove my number.</p> <p>Yet I keep getting phonecalls - today I got 2.</p> <p>The second guy they are looking for only happened resently after I complained. I'm not sure if they are trying to be spitefull and putting my number everywhere??!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>When I spoke to the second call centre agent today (Adonis),whom I spoke to before to remove my number, he refused to give me his surname and dropped the call.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont have any policies or loans from them, but I will also never have, AND NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
