Harassing calls for an account that is not even mine

I constantly get called for my ex husband's arrears accounts and each time i ask them to remove my details from the account and every month i get the next call again and again because they cannot reach him. I am bordering opening a case of harassment and suing them now because they just DON'T LISTEN. I have never and never will had an account with your institution, i did not make the debt or sign as suretor so please STOP calling me. You know where he works, call him on his work number and harass him there or even better send one of your collection agents to visit him there and confront him as i am sure he is never available when you call. Put a garnishee on his salary! just stop calling me. Thank you!
