Frustrated and agitated!

Bayport is very pathetic! I have been going from pillar to post trying to fix the adverse listing placed by Bayport but I am not getting any help. I contacted them to let them know I have been a victim of impersonation but they keep on lying to me. They promised to sort out the problem as soon as possible since 2018 but still nothing has been done about it. Marumo Letsoalo, one of their employees promised to get back to me as soon as possible after I emailed him all the documents he asked for, but he never got back to me as per his promise.

Is that how Bayport operates? Please advise!
