I app**** for a loan with bayport in July and was told I already had a loan with them. After telling them it cannot be me, they started a investigation and said it will be sorted out within 21 working days. Now i have dealt with Lucky Dlamini at this stage. After a while I found that this Lucky Dlamini is doing nothing about the case I escaleted the matter to Jarred Munsamy who escalated or involved Samuel Modibedi. Now I was told on various occasions that this matter is resolved, however nothing has been resolved up till today. Last week thursday I went into the branch and spoke to the branch Manager only known as KG it will be resolved and that he will get back to me the same day, however he has up till today not called back. Now I ask how can a business like this still operate.
