I have a query about an application that was made for my husband by someone named Lebo who claims to work for Bayport her number is This application was made **********ly under my husband's name, someone else's credit results was used to camaflage his bad credit as he has defaults. I am scared of how this will affect me as I'm about to get married to him and work in the financial industry. Lebo works with certain consultants at Bayport ghandi square. I have since seen multiple complaints on help Peter against Bayport regarding unauthorised credit checks and as a financial services provider I don't think Bayport wants to lose it licence over a few rotten potatoes. I have also escalated this to the FSCA and am still going to escalate it further as I don't want this to affect my financial future. This person has made multiple ********** loans to people who are over indebted and blacklisted which is against the law and as these people are not financially fit I'm sure Bayport is losing millions of rand's.
