Feedback on a loan application done online
I am very disappointed at the level of professionalism when it comes to feedbacking. What is the turn around time for feedback once you have app**** for a loan online and submitted all your documents. I app**** and I am not receiving any feedback. When you call to follow up you get sent from one department to another.
