FALSELY ACCUSED

My Bank offered me one of their packages and requested me to send my Copy of my pay slip and ID and to my surprise they came back to me after 3-4 days telling me that I am listed for *****. Shock will be an understatement and they gave contact details to get more information. The number was for Bayport and they told me that I did ***** in 1917 and my bank gave me an offer February 2024 and I asked them why they were quite for so long and waited for me to contact them.

That time I am not even their client or got any loan from them cause during that time a consultant offered a loan and requested documents to see if I qualify only to be told that it was declined. I never had any communication with that consultant after that on to be told after 7 years that I *****ed them. How cause I never got anything from them and I was given an affidavit to fill and they requested my Copy of ID ,Pay slip and Bank statement and why cause I am not applying for their loan. All I want is for my name to be removed from their data base and should look internal to see who is using our details to ***** their company
