False hopes and very unprofessional

I am not happy with the service I received. I was told that my loan was approved and to send settlement and paid up letters. Then two days later after a lot of follow-up from my side i was told that my loan has been rejected due to affordability which was not an issue a week ago before they approved me. Why would you approve a loan and make someone go all the way requesting documents and then just drop them just like that mxm 😠 😡 👿 This is really unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone.
