Excellent Customer service by Tshepiso, Bayport Assistant Manager

I had claimed for a refund from Bayport and the payment instructions had not been followed as per my email. I laid a complaint and the AssistantManager, Tshepiso Sepotokele assisted me with all excellence making sure that funds were paid as per my request. I salute you Tshepiso, I know I gave you a hard time and at times screaming at you yet you made sure to offer excellent customer service.
