Empty promises

Good day, I have been calling Bayport Financial Services requesting a settlement letter offer and I have been waiting since and evertime I am promised its going to be sent via my email address and it has never come trhough. This is my final appeal to the company to issue me with a settlement letter I want to settle the account. Your resonse is highly appreciated.
