Don't waste your time

Not sure why this company offers themselves as a Lender as they clearly do not want to offer this service. Two weeks, four declines all followed up with a late afternoon call after being declined in the morning requesting more documentation and application proceeding, only to be declined again. Re-sending of documents ranging from HR Letters, Bank Letters and multiple bank statements. Every day, a new letter requested. Declined the third time because of irregular salary payments. Get a call after being declined again requesting a letter from HR in which the HR Manager explained payment date "on or before 28th" of every month. Continue with work confirmation during which time HR again stated "on or before 28th" of every month, only to get rejected again because this does not specify a payment date? Now unless I am wrong, on or before confirms salary date as the 28th. Wow, what a waste of time. I have however seen all of the reviews on Hellopeter and now I realize that this is the norm for Bayport. This is extremely unprofessional to say the least and if any company in the current economic climate can afford to push business away, then they are extremely lucky. I fully understand that companies need to conduct their affordability and other checks, but this is just ridiculous. I therefore recommend to anyone needing a loan to rather approach Capfin or Direct Axis, as they respond and finalize your loan in less than 24 hours and I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.

So I got a response, only for Bayport to revert back with giving an incorrect HR name for the person they did my work confirmation with (maybe they spoke to another company!) and to advise that my salary in June was paid after the 28th. This is laughable because if you bothered to check correctly you would have noted that it is not my salary that you are referring to but a LEAVE Payout as clearly stipulated on my bank statement. The other clue is that the amount being referred to is only half of what my monthly salary is! So, the complaint is solved with more incorrect information????
