Distcusted existing client

I recently got a call from Bayport and I was told that as a loyal and existing client they would like to offer me a loan. I then app**** for a loan with my choice branch. Today 16th March 2020 I get an sms saying that I did not qualify. The irony is that is a hard working South African it is hard to maintain a good standing credit record score for someone to just come in your profile and enquire about your name..if you going to call someone to tell them they qualify for something at least do a background check before and get your facts straight. I'm a good paying client for this institue and it was the last time I did business with them....#discusted
