DISSAPOINTED

<p>i HAVE A LOAN WITH BAYPORT WHICH IS NOT IN ARREAS</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for debt consolidation from another company that i was referred to,to my suprise i realised that its DEBT REVIEW,i then cancellled it the following day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then sent my cancellation to NCR, i was cleared and my name was cleared from all 3 CREDIT BUREAUS.</p> <p>I then found out that BAYPORT does offer CONSOLIDATION LOANS . When i called BAYPORT i was shocked to find out that they have listed me under DEBT REVIEW.I called LEGAL DEPARTMENT and i was told my name is clear from their side.</p> <p> </p> <p>They then transferred me to DEBT REVIEW department,at DEBT REVIEW department the lady who was assisting me says YES I AM LISTED and its their system and that wont change,whether it was an error or not,I WILL NEVER EVER GET ANY LOAN FROM BAYPORT. </p> <p> </p> <p>IS THIS TRUE???WHY BAYPORT ARE YOU TREATING ME LIKE THIS? I HAVE NEVER EVER SKIPPED ANY PAYMENTS</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
