Disgusted

I am utterly disgusted with Bayport and distraught. This is not the 1st time that I have to go this for to expose the horrible service.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to take out any form of credit with them for a very important reason.

I have settled my account back in June 2020, and was promissed and assured Ill get a paid up letter and that the credit bureau will be informed so that my credit can be updated.

I have still not had my paid up letter and its been months. Also my credit stikl shows that I owe them money when i settled the account and was assured its closed. I hqve all the proof on my phone and feel that if I do not get a response and if my cresit report is not updated with all cresit agencies im getting my attorneys on this and also logging this with the financial OMBUDSMAN.

Its disgusting that a company this big doesnt understand how there negligence can affect someones credit which stops one from buying u a house etc.

I want an urgent response since you dont respond to calls and emails.
