Disappointed in after service
I started the process a week ago for a cash boost application, the consultant did a check and told me that I qualify for a certain amount. She proceeded to ask me to send documents and do a TruID to complete the process, all this was done. The following day I get an email requesting for settlement letters which I obtained and immediately sent. She called me back to let me know its received and the application is being processed. The following day I called, its awaiting managers approval. Monday arrives, nothing. I follow up on Tuesday, nothing. I follow up and Wednesday, nothing. It is Thursday, I've just called and conveniently she's in training. All I want to know is what the status is? If it's been declined, I would like to know why. The 1st application I did was initially declined but after I advised what an amount they were querying was for, it was approved. So if there is more information they need or to verify something, rather call and discuss it but don't leave the customer hanging without feedback or an explanation.
This is been offered to us through our company of which I am sure Bayport is making some nice money. I am in two minds as to whether I should actually send an email to the HR manager to advise of what the after service is like.
I had no problems with Bayport the first time, they really did the utmost and the process was efficient (short of being contacted by a ******* the same day I received my payout), it's just sad that their after service is not up to standard as they've already made money on a deal.
It's really not that difficult to reply an email or pick up the phone.
