Disappointed

I have an existing bayport loan.I got a big loan in 2020 and my debt was settled also..i was told i cn apply after every 3-4 month for a new consolidation loan..i had a family problem during the covid pandemic,lost 3 family members and had to run arround alone as im the only one employed in the family..I had to make shorterm loans to pay for funerals...I got so much indebted i cant even breath..i app**** for bayport load again after 4 successful payments.. I just want them to help me pay this debt off for me to become stress free..They declined me on numerous occasions ..I was told theres an agreement between them and the company that they can only give us R20000 Rand.. I was given 80000rand without any hassles before..now i will basically pay bayport for the rest of my life without getting any help from them..If i knew this i was never gona take that big loan before, i always had tht in my mind that bayport will always help me. Now im stucked over indebted with bayport also...I didnt knw tht they wont help me anymore and i didn't know my family would past away..I had no choice to make loans..Bayport is suppose to help us financially now im stucked with no help and no way out..i even asked them to just settle the accounts for me without giving me any cash,but no help from them..even if i cn get a second loan from them just to pay off the debts i have as im drowning..Can i please get help?..
