Disappointed

I app**** for a consolidation loan on 19th, eventually was able to submit everything on the 8th after some glitches. Up until then I had great service but since then I have not been able to get any update or get through to the consultant that had been assisting me perfectly and now she is not responding to my emails. The whatsapp line is the worst I have ever encountered. I tried calling to check what is happening, I was on hold until I gave up.
