Disappointed

Hello Peter. It saddens my heart that after giving a positive feedback about my experience with Bayport service, this is how they end thing's. Since Monday I've requested letters of Proof of payment. I was told I'll get it within 24hrs, still today I haven't received it. It's really inconveniencing me due to the reason that those documents are being requested by the third-party for the files to be updated so that I don't pay what I was not suppose to pay.
