Debt cancellation

Hi. My name is Siyanda Luthuli 840****796084 previously known as Siyanda Luthuli. I made arrangements to pay Bayport late last year. I was working for Alsysco Aluminum under an agent. Indian guy from head office called me to make arrangements if R100 per week. I agreed because he said it will decrease my debt as soon as I start paying. When I checked the balance at later stage after months of paying. The lady I called at Alberton branch with an attitude said I have been paying interest all these month and that they will decide when my payments will decrease my debt. That was not our arrangement. The other loan I had with them I played it up. Poor service from Bayport
