Bayport financial Services is soooooo frustrating to customers. In fact, customer care is nothing to them! They are only interested in inducing customers to come for loans. Customers' complaints are nothing to them! I requested for settlement balance and they are asking me to come in a week time while other financial services give instantly. I wasted hours in their office in Kumasi all the name of settlement balance. I will advise myself and my colleagues as well. ***
