Contract means nothing

I took out a cellphone contract with Bayport Financial Services in August 2014, with the end date 31 July 2016. On the contract I received to cellphone contracts with Cell C, each recharged on the 15th of the month with R115 and 100 sms. On Thursday 23rd of June 2016, Bayport migrated the contract, from a top up contract to prepaid, 1 month prematurely. In the process, the BIS i activated on the 15th of June was cancelled, and I have to RIca the sim card again . Worse of all is, I still need to make one payment at the end of July 2016 to Bayport. So for a whole month, I will receive NO service from Bayport and i still need to pay for it, and this is NOT fair at all.
