Consolidation loan never consolidated creditor.

I have taken A consolidation loan from Bayport. The portion which had to be paid to me, was paid promptly. It’s been always a week and the loan to be consolidated, had not been consolidated, neither has anyone from Bayport contacted the loans department at Nedbank to initiate the consolidation of the loan.

I have mailed Bayport numerous times and have received no feedback. This means that I will be paying for 2 loans installments this month instead of 1, which defies the purpose of the consolidation.
