Complaint

<p><br />1) I app**** for a loan at Bayport, Kempton Park with all my documentation i.e. pays lip, ID, etc. <br />2) I was called to say that the loan was approved but before funds can be transferred into my account, I needed to sign a contract - this I did not do as I had changed my mind about getting a loan from Bayport.<br />3.1) if money was paid into my account, why was it done without my signing the contract<br />3.2) who then signed the contract on my behalf<br />3.3) is this standard practice at Bayport?<br />3.4) if there is a contract, I would like to see a copy as I know, my signature will not be on it.<br />4) I have been asking for this for a couple of years without anybody actually following through .</p> <p>Kind regards,<br />Refiloe</p>
