Collecting Prescribed Debt

<p>I have been receiveing numerous calls during ridiculous hours (this is *******) from Bayport saying that my account is in arrears. This debt is more than EIGHT YEARS OLD. You are in contravention of the NCA sec 126b. Its states that no perosn may continue collection or reactivation of such prescribed debt. I request this matter be closed IMMEDIATELY and that I recieve written confirmation of this. Should I recieve any calls again regarding collection of the debt I am going to report you to the relevant autorities ie. NCR and LSSA</p>
