Client Service email does not work

<p>Afternoon,</p> <p> </p> <p>The Bayport client care email address does not work and I was asked by a call centre agent why don't I use the email...Hello it does not work.I have paid up a loan account today and faxed through the proof of payment to *** with instructions as to what needs to be sent to me and what needs to be done but how can I be sure this will happen?</p> <p> </p>
