Bayport's poor customer service

<div>Bayport's customer service is absolutely acceptable. I've been a loyal customer for 2 years and when contacting their customer care no one seems to know anything that's happening and are forever transferring your call to another department. You can never have enough airtime because aside from being transferred you have to deal with being placed on hold for minutes. Will never be dealing with them again.&nbsp;</div>
