Bayport ruining my credit score

I am in disbelief to see that I have 7 missed payments this year and I dont know how & why. I keep to my side of the deal making sure that my monthly DEBIT ORDER's are paid in time, so how did I get 7 missed payments on my review?. This has now caused problems in my credit score and this has highly affected my affordability. Creditors believe that I am not a reliable candidate who cant keep to my end of the bargen. This is frustrating because Im in a corner because of false accusations.

Bayport just contacted me and what you guys are telling me doesnt add up. Even your agents are not sure of what they saying.
So now if I have one missed payment and I had made an arrangement to pay the outstanding amount, I am doomed anyway.
I deserve to have my score stained over a missed payment which I made an arrangement for and which I am paying every month? That doesn't sound right nor fair.
I have had other missed payments in the past, and I have never heard nor seen anything like this, why now that Im close to closing the account?
So what happened to the money I have been paying all these months because 7 missed payment means I have not being making payments for 7 months...?
