Bayport ruining my credit profile

I took a loan from bayport and the agreement was that they deduct my monthly instalment directly from my employer. So now to my surprise I’m always marked as a late payment on my credit profile and when I call them I get taken from pillar to post and get told that I must speak to finance department at my work place and they tell me that they do payments on time. I don’t know what to do because it’s ruining my credit profile
