Bayport People make people confrim ther Id numbers

I am a client of Bayport they phoned me and ask to make a aarngement so i told them I will pay R600 a mounth if my salary allowed me to then the woman who help me said sir dont worry if u cant pay the R600 it is ok even if u pay a R100 or so if will be ok just as long as u pay something on your account so the mounth befor i paid R100 last mount I paid R150 now they have a problem but President Ramaphosa said on the Tv that if u cant paid the full installmetnts it wont be a problem asong as u paid something the credits cant complaint becuse of the financial crisis we are in so today I got a call from a lady from Bayport and when i told her I will pay what i can afford when I ask her to tranfer me to someone who speaks Afrikaans she told me she cant when i ask her to speak to her supervisour of a Manger she told me she cant becuase she is working from HOME now my question is she took my personal information home she ake me confrim my Id number how do i know the my Info is safe by her house and that one of her family members not gonna use my persinal information?
