Bayport - pathetic service
My loan application was denied. Reasons: 1. I app**** at Pretoria branch two weeks ago - I stay in Cape Town. I have never been to Pretoria. Call center agent told me I have to phone their Pretoria branch and sort it out!! What the hell. Reason 2. my 7 active loan accounts - I have 2 active loan accounts. Bayport has not update my credit profile since 2017 and was told that there is nothing they can do about is.
