Bayport not sticking to their offer!
Bayport Financial services put a judgement on my name, gave me a settlement offer on the 5th of June, today they are going back on their word...they saying the offer was made by Pienaar Sithole Attorneys. When i called the attorneys they told me that Bayport took back my account from them yesterday the 12th of June. I want to settle them TODAY as per the offer I received. Can someone at Bayport call me, not call centre staff..no offence but i got no joy from talking to them this morning!
