BAYPORT FINANCIAL SERVICES PRESCRIBE DEBT THAT THEY SELL TO THIRD COMPANIES

Bay Port Financial Services really shattered my life within one day. They sell an account that has been prescribe years ago to a company called Ebralet Financiers (pty) Ltd who on their side bought it from Dcmgroup.co.za. Their evidence is a voice note that is not even my credentials nor banking details. I went back through my emails and from my credit Reports from Transunion and My Credit Check from 2023-01-06 up until 2025-06-11 they don't appear on my credit score. An credit alert from Ebralet Financiers (pty) Ltd on my profiles on 2025-06-11 at 21:00 became suspicious and when i contact them they just inform me that they bought it from DCMGROUP WITH CONTACT NUMBER *** and the next day they they put it on my profile that stating that I owed them money for a personal cash loans that i open on 2025-06-12 with a monthly instalment. Bayport than closed their account AGAIN on 2025-05-31 with this new date whereas it was long time closed with status Code : ACCOUNT CLOSED WITH NEW DATE 2025-06-09. THIS DEBT HAS BEEN LONG TIME PRESCRIBE AND THEY WERE FULLY AWARE AS THEY WERE NEVER IN CONTACT WITH ME AND I NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE ANY DEBT AS PROCLAIM BY THEM.KINDLY REMOVE MY NAME FROM BOTH TRANSUNION AND MY CREDIT CHECK AS YOUR CONDUCT IS A CLEAR INDICATION OF VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS
