Bayport financial loans consolidation unprofessional

I have a bad experience with Bayport regarding a consolidation loan I was approved and they requested settlement letters say that they will settle my accounts and it will be paid .I did the terms and conditions which I know I was approved was given the installment and amount I qualified.Since then I have received no response or feedback how I could be approved and the declined.i will not advise any one to use there service they paint picture u approved and the effort to get letters and then sms u decline.
