Bayport dissapointment!

Very dissapointed in Bayport. I am in a position to settle both my loans with Bayport but the settlement they give is more than my last statement. It doesn't make sense and I asked twice about how this is working. The guy I spoke to just said that is the amount. End of story. Surely you have to get some kind of settlement discount when settling a loan 24 months before the due date? I would very much like to see how they calculate this. I settled a bank loan as well and got R25.000 off my balance. But with Bayport you end up paying more than your previous statement balance. Very disturbing indeed.
