Bayport consultants dishonest

I am so disappointed with Bayport.I called them on Tuesday around 15:00 requesting for a proof of payment for one of the accounts they paid for me.The reason for me needing the pop is because some company debited my account and I don't owe them Bayport settled the account.

I was told they will email me within 24-48 hours.I called today making a follow up around 10:00.Tje lady I spoke to told me I must look out for the email in 30 minutes...I tried calling again got the lady by Dimakatso who kept hanging up on me..I tried calling again at 15:30,I was told to wait until tomorrow because 48hrs has not yet lapsed.which according to my calculation it had...The lady was clearly ****ed with me.I don't know why. They are delaying my process of claiming my refund,and I need this money.
