bad service to a good client

I have a loan with the abovementioned company and during the lockdown and due to changes and short working time i could not meet with the normal instalments.I have credit life which activated and paid in my instalments. i approached Bayport and made an arrangement to pay 50 percent of my instalment to which i have adhered to consistantly. They are constantly harassing me and i am frustrated.if the agreement was not adhered to then it is in their interest to call me,but as i said i have not missed an instalment. They have now listed me as 2 months in arrears to which im not,This now as a detrimental effect on my credit. I will stop the payments and seek a debt councilor whom i know will reduce my instalment to 10 percent to which they would not like ,but i may forced to do so or go legal to which i will appear under section 65 and have my payment reduced to R50 a month as i cannot afford the normal instalment.
