Bad service from Bayport Financial Services!!

<div>I app**** for a loan which was declined then I called the call centre and spoke to a one Vinolia to obtain the reasons for the decline. I requested Vinolia to look into the reason for the decline of my application but to no avail. The first time I called I left a message for Vinolia to call me back. Unfortunately I did not receive a call back. I then called the next day and managed to get hold of Vinolia. The excuse this time was that the systems were off line and they could not assist me. Vinolia then assured me that she would call me back later in the day. And yet again no response or even a courtesy call from Vinolia or a consultant from Bayport Financial Services. It is really disappointing to receive such service from the company. I have already informed my friends and family about the type of service I received and recommended that they do not approach Bayport Financial Services for any type of financial assistance or advice as they do not live up to their name and reputation. They also do not live out their Vision and Mission statement. You could have done better, Bayport Financial Services :-(&nbsp;</div>
