Bad service from bayport financial services

I would like to thank this useless company called bayport for failing to get in touch with me and check how i am doing financially as i was affected by this pandemic and rotation at, they just don't care about the well being of their clients because until today i never received any correspondence from them ore should i say their useless callcentre stuff and their management but thanks for nothing to bayport i am back to work fulltime, you can now do what you do best that is going to my account at anytime you feel like
