Bad service

I want to apply for a loan for the past two month already and i am an existing client at Bayport..Bayport dont want to grand me a loan always excuse of the agreement between then and our company.If bayport can extend my loan term then it will be instalment which will be 25% of my salary..im over indebted but bayport dont motivate my applications.They dont do extra mile to helo me but they say they help employees out of debt.i dont even want to go to work anymre as im in so much debt..bayport want to help my colleague wth a loan over 60months but tell me they cn only help over 24 months. What is the difference between me and my colleague we work for same company then.
