Approved vs declined without consulting me?

<p>I app**** for a loan with a lady called Busi with whom I had a conversation on Whatsapp. She informed me that I have been approved for a loan of R15 000 that I need for a family emergency. She then asked me for my payslips, bank statements and ID which I sent. Only thereafter I was informed she works for Bayport and she completed my documents and sent it back to me sign. This morning I am informed that I am now declined. At no stage was I asked if I had any savings in a seperate account - which I do - or if I had any other income which I also do but keep in a seperate account as this is the money that my fiancee pays me for the water and electricity and food etc. This means that I could actually afford the loan. I am very dissappointed in the manner in which this has been handled and will never ever recommend this unprofessional institution to anyone.</p>
