Approved but Bayport make own decisions without reviewing

I have app**** for a loan with you, all was done via telephone and my documents was send, all was approved. Now when I called the center they say application was declined due to a debit order that was reversed. What does my reverse of debit got anything to do with Bayport, debit order was reversed with reason. I don’t think my debit order reversal got anything to do with you, you only need to see that my salary comes in, how you just decide for decline based on reversal on debit order.

I don’t think you can just assume without having the facts first. My reversal was with reason why can’t you just pick up the phone and ask. You keep sending me mails and sms to send my documents through and then no news I had to follow up from you.

Very disappointing from Bayport, I will not recommend to anyone
