Application Still In Progress

I have done an application for a personal loan. I have checked my ITC and i have no negative information. I received a phone call that im approved for an Amount of R75 000 over 54 Months. To i wanted the quote and follow the next steps they didnt send me the quote and state that the quote now is expired. Im disgusted about the service as they cant get any info on my application. Im first approved then declined it just goes back and forth. When i phone they say an application is still progress but i do not get any quote or anything. I dont understand how they do business. Im trying to get a loan for my wedding but no one can help me.

I still see an application online that says in progress but nothing else and havent got a call after getting told im approved.
