Anyone else experiencing Bayport accessing your credit record without permission?

If I could have given a lower score on the star rating I would have. I took out a loan with the above comany long ago when I was in a really bas space due to personal reasons. Obviously not in such a bad space that I could not obtain a loan.

I have long-since paid off the loan. For the past two years I get a phone call at leat twice a week offering me more loans. I have requested at leat 20 times to be put on the DNC list. I have asked the agents if thy actually know what that means and they said they do and they will comply.

Today, I have found that my credit record has been searched sometimes twice month. This obviously impacts my credit record, ********ly.

I will am in an industry where I actually have to get approval (as the law states) before I can access someone's private financial records, i.e. credit record.

I want to warn everyone out there that these people are engaging in ******* activities and impacting us collectively. I will be calling my lawye in the morning for advice as to how we can collectively prevent them from infringing on our basic human rights.
