Abnormal interests by my creditor Bayport

I owe Bayport money and they salary deduct me every month from 2021 January, my problem is my debt doesn’t decrease, they are charging me more than 100% interest

But I have had so many communications with consultants of Bayport which failed to help me hence I resorted to Hellopeter for help, their consultants are not helpful at all
