Worst Battery Service

had a new battery installed on 22/06/2016. Battery failed within 1 year. Struggled to get replacement but got new one on 30/06/2017. Needless to say this new battery failed one year later. When receiving 2nd battery I was told that the warranty/gaurantee starts from new date. I took 2nd battery back to Shelly Beach Battery Centre. Centre closed down. I had to look for another and found one in St Michaels on Sea. I went there and was told that the gaurantee/warantee had expired as it is from the 1st date. I disagree as I received a new battery and was told different. I also do not know how a battery can only last not even 1 year (not 1 but 2 batteries). I did not purchase the cheapest battery available. I am over 65 km from Shelly Beach
